I take insurance through Headway, but also can provide superbills for out-of-network situations. Self-pay clients will have the most flexibility in our work together. Insurance requires diagnoses and providing documentation about our sessions that proves' “medical necessity” for you to be reimbursed and for me to get paid which influences some aspects of your treatment with me. I leave a few open spots for sliding scale, self-pay clients, on a case-by-case basis.
Sometimes, being with other people feels so much easier to process, learn, and grow. There is a lot that is special about knowing you're not alone going through something. l periodically hold groups in a 1:8 ratio on different topics. Much will be based on demand so if you are interested in a topic or wondering if one of my old groups will come back, email me! Current group offerings will always be updated.
